EINPARK Offices by Corwin is the first carbon-neutral building in Slovakia, and along with its green building certifications, it ranks among the top 1% of the most sustainable buildings in the world. Thanks to the advanced cooling beams technology, sustainability-focused design and carefully selected materials, the building provides superior healthy premises and increased productivity for its tenants.
Additionally, the rooftop terrace and ground floor restaurants add to the comfort and convenience of the building, while high-quality materials are used throughout to create a premium environment. Sustainability is a key focus of the project, with features such as cycling infrastructure, an integrated public transport stop, electric car chargers, and heat pumps that have earned the building recognition as the first carbon-neutral building in the region.
